How long does it take to put up and down?

Our experienced tent crew can have the Big Top up within 6-8 hours and packed away in about 4-5 hours. Times may vary depending on the inside outfittings.

How much space does the Big Top need?

We require a minimum size of 29m x 37m to safely put our Big Top up.

How big is it on the inside?

It is 8m high in the middle and has 404m2 of floorspace.

Can you hang things inside?

Our tent is designed with circus in mind so rigging from our fully rated structure is no problem!

What about damage to the ground?

All grounds get evaluated beforehand and we have many procedures to put in place to minimise damage. Most notably, all of our work is done with manpower alone and no heavy machinery is involved. Some reversible damage can occur if the Big Top is up for extended periods of time or with heavy foottraffic from the event.

Do we need to get a building consent?

As our Big Top is over 100m2 it legally requires a building consent from your local council. We have all the required plans and reports and are able to file the necessary paperwork on your events behalf.
